What is the difference between sandblast engraving & inverted engraving
ANSWER The method of Sandblast engraving is to blast glass or crystal away from the product. Inverted engraving is to add class or crystal to the product. Inverted engraving can be much more detailed than sandblasted engraving.
What postage discounts do you give if I want to buy more than one product
ANSWER Our postage prices are based on weight. Please see our postage price policy.
I need an item quite quickly, do you do a premium service
ANSWER Yes of course. Based on how detailed the artwork is, for an extra cost we can get the product to you quickly.
Can I have any badges or emblems engraved
ANSWER Yes you can, as long as it’s your own design. We cannot use registered trademark badges or emblems. I.E. from football, rugby, cricket clubs etc.
Can I have any pictures or photos engraved
ANSWER Yes it is possible but we would need to look at the artwork for approval first..
What can I do if I’m not happy with the product once I receive it
ANSWER Please contact us to see if we can resolve the issue.
I can’t seem to contact anyone using the phone number supplied
ANSWER Either leave a message on the answer phone or email us, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Is there a limit on how many words or letters I can have engraved on any one product
ANSWER There is unlimited use of lettering at no extra cost. It must be approved by our artwork specialists beforehand though.
How often does your website get updated with new products
ANSWER Our website is upgraded constantly with new products.
Can I get a reduced price if I order a certain quantity of any one product or a mixture of different products
ANSWER Depending on the quantity it’s best to contact us for a price.
Do you do a catalogue of all your products
ANSWER Yes. If you’re interested in our products for a retail outlet a catalogue can be supplied. All our products however are on the website.
Can you take orders from outside the U.K.
ANSWER Yes, please contact us for postage prices.

ANSWER Yes. All the prices you see on the website are the final price you will pay.
Do all the products come with a gift box

The words were different on the engraving to what I ordered
ANSWER All engraving must be approved by you before we go ahead with any order.

ANSWER No they can’t. All private artwork that is sent to us remains private unless you approve otherwise.
